Delete your Pagenaut account

You can delete your Pagenaut account and all its data at any time. It takes one minute and cannot be undone.
How do I delete my account from the app?
- Open Pagenaut and go to Profile › Settings.
- At the bottom, tap “Delete my account”.
- Tap “Yes, delete everything”. Your data is erased right away and the app starts over empty.
How do I delete my account without the app?
Write to hola@pagenaut.com from the email linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you never linked an email, tell us the date you installed the app. We erase the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What gets deleted?
- Your shelf, ratings, progress, notes and imported highlights.
- Your stamps, badges, quiz answers, Mira chats and blind dates.
- Your forum posts and the books you added by hand.
- Your email, your device sessions and your spot on the waitlist.
What do you keep?
Nothing linked to you. Analytics counts in PostHog use an anonymous ID with no name or email. Server logs with IP addresses are deleted within 30 days.
